Geelong Animal Emergency

After waiting for almost 4 hours for our dog to be assessed after them forgetting about us, they attended to our dog and gave us a consultation infront of everyone in the waiting room instead of getting anything private with someone.
After being there so long, she barely checked on our dog and gave pain relief to stop any pain, which hasn't helped her at all.
For the the money i had to pay for my dog and seeing no improvment after waiting hours, it was ridiculous.

Such poor service... the girl at the desk cant even read paper work to tell me how many ppl are ahead or even give a ruff time.. my dog has a major cut they took of the dressing and left it a open wound nothing to cover.... have been here now for 6 and a half hours i was 4th in line when i came in now im 3rd (after i read the all the papers) a sall security issue also..... need people who can do the job....... and a receiption who is organized and knows what and who people are not hard to remember a few faces each day!!!
